 Aazakart Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (food items, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care & hygiene products (cosmetics, grooming tools, innerwear, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page


3. Return Process

  2. Provide the order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will verify and approve eligible requests.

  4. Courier pickup will be arranged (if serviceable), or the customer may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse address.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Refund methods:

    • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method (within 5–7 business days)

    • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI (within 5–7 business days)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible only for the same product in a different size/color, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must follow the same steps as the return process.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns.
