At Aazakart, customer trust is our highest priority. This Return & Refund Policy defines the conditions under which returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are processed.


By placing an order on Aazakart, you agree to the terms below.



1. Return Eligibility Window


Customers may request a return if:


Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect


Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition


All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact


Return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery

⚠️ Abuse of this system (fake claims) may result in:


Account restriction


Refund denial

3. Non-Returnable Categories


The following items are strictly non-returnable:


Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)


Personal care & hygiene products (cosmetics, grooming, innerwear)


Customized / personalized products


Digital products / services


Items marked as “Non-Returnable”



4. Smart Return Verification System (SRVS™)


To initiate a return:

Photo/video proof (mandatory for damage/defect claims)




? Aazakart uses verification checks before approval.




5. Reverse Logistics Process


If eligible:


Pickup will be arranged (serviceable areas)



If not serviceable:


Customer must self-ship the product




? Product must be securely packed to avoid rejection.



6. Refund Policy & Timeline


Refund is processed only after Quality Inspection (QC) approval.


Refund Modes


Prepaid Orders:

Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days


Cash on Delivery (COD):

Refund via Bank Transfer / UPI



7. Refund Conditions


Full refund for:


Damaged / defective / wrong items



Partial or no refund if:


Product is used or damaged by customer


Missing packaging or accessories




⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless error is from Aazakart/seller



8. Exchange Policy (Conditional)


Exchange allowed only for:


Size or color variation



Subject to:


Product availability


Same return conditions




? Exchange follows same verification process




9. Cancellation Policy


✔ Full refund if canceled before shipment

10. Fraud Prevention & Risk Control

11. Seller Responsibility Clause


Sellers are accountable for:


Product quality


Correct delivery



Return costs for seller fault:


Borne by seller



12. Limitation of Liability


Aazakart acts as a marketplace facilitator and:


Is not responsible for misuse of products


Is not liable for indirect damages


Ensures only process-level support



13. Policy Updates


Aazakart reserves the right to modify this policy anytime. Continued use = acceptance of updated terms.
