By registering or listing products on Aazakart, you legally agree to all terms below.

1. Seller Eligibility & KYC Compliance

Mandatory:

PAN Card

Bank Account (India)

GST (if applicable)

Advanced KYC may include:

Video verification

Business proof

Address verification

Fake identity = Permanent Ban + Legal Action

2. Zero-Fee Freedom Model (Core USP)

Aazakart may offer:

0% listing fee

0% joining cost

However, platform reserves the right to charge:

Logistics fees

Premium services

Performance-based commission

3. Product Listing Integrity System (PLIS™)

Sellers must ensure:

100% real product images

No fake branding

No misleading claims

? Strictly Banned:

Counterfeit products

Duplicate branded goods

Illegal/restricted items

Listing removal

Account suspension

Legal escalation

4. Dynamic Pricing & Fair Trade Policy

Sellers control pricing but must follow:

MRP laws

Anti-dumping rules

AI system monitors:

Price manipulation

Fake discounting

5. Smart Payment System (AazPay Ready)

Settlement Cycle:

T+7 to T+10 days post-delivery

Aazakart may:

Hold payments for disputes

Deduct penalties/returns

6. Fulfillment Performance Standard (FPS™)

Mandatory:

On-time dispatch

Secure packaging

7. Return, Refund & Risk Ownership

Seller is liable for:

Aazakart uses AI to detect:

Fake orders

Review manipulation

Refund abuse
