Seller Policy

Welcome to Aazakart. This Seller Policy governs the terms, responsibilities, and conduct of all sellers who list and sell products on our platform. By registering as a seller with Aazakart, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Seller Registration & Eligibility

  • Only individuals or businesses with valid GST registration (if applicable) and a bank account in India can register as sellers.

  • Sellers must provide accurate legal details, including name, address, PAN, GSTIN (if applicable), and bank account details.

  • Aazakart reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any seller account without prior notice for non-compliance.


2. Product Listing Guidelines

  • Sellers must ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date.

  • Misrepresentation, false claims, or misleading images are strictly prohibited.

  • Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, illegal products, and items restricted by Indian law or Aazakart’s policies.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • Sellers are free to set their own prices but must adhere to applicable MRP laws and Aazakart’s pricing guidelines.

  • Payments for orders will be settled within 7–10 business days after successful delivery, subject to deductions for commissions, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.

  • All financial transactions will be processed through the bank details provided by the seller.


4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Sellers must process and dispatch orders within the time frame specified in their seller dashboard.

  • Products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Sellers must use Aazakart-approved courier partners unless otherwise agreed.


5. Return & Refund Responsibility

  • Sellers are responsible for honoring Aazakart’s Return & Refund Policy.

  • If a product is returned due to seller error (wrong item, defective, damaged), the seller will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Refunds to customers will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.


6. Seller Conduct

  • Sellers must maintain professional and respectful communication with customers and Aazakart’s support team.

  • Use of abusive language, fraudulent activity, or policy violations will result in immediate suspension.


7. Compliance with Laws

  • Sellers must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including GST regulations, consumer protection laws, and e-commerce guidelines issued by the Government of India.

  • Any violation may result in legal action and termination of the seller account.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Sellers must not list products that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or patents.

  • Any infringement complaints may result in product removal and account suspension.


9. Termination of Seller Account

  • Aazakart may terminate a seller account for policy violations, poor performance, or fraudulent activity.

  • Outstanding dues will be settled as per the payment cycle after necessary deductions.
