1. Platform Nature & Role

Aazakart operates as a technology-enabled marketplace platform

Aazakart is not the seller of products unless explicitly stated

Responsibility of product quality, accuracy, and fulfillment lies with independent sellers

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Minimum age: 18 years

Users must:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain account confidentiality

3. Account Security & Responsibility

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

6. Payments & Financial Control

7. Shipping, Logistics & Risk Transfer

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Governed by separate Return & Refund Policy

Withhold refunds in case of abuse

9. User Conduct & Platform Misuse

Users must NOT:

Engage in fraud or abuse
